The units are in a gut renovation building and features in unit washer/dryer, and central air and heat. The building’s amenities include a 24 hour fitness center, coworking space, communal lounge, dog run, and dog wash.

A portion of accessible dwellings "below market rate" rental units are currently available to applicants with disabilities that require accessibility features.

Two-bedroom ARO units must be occupied by two to four residents and three-bedroom ARO units must be occupied by three to six residents.

In collaboration with the city of Chicago, The Ludlow provides affordable housing at below-market rates, adhering to the Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). Eligibility for these select units is determined by your household size and annual income, as specified on the City of Chicago's website. Households are required to meet the income requirements to be considered for an apartment. If you make more than the income requirements you will not qualify.
